ABOUT US
The mobile kitchen ÖKU was born in 2015. It also happened to be the beginning of a great food truck era in Estonia.
Siim “The food truck man” painted his Mercedes 613D black and gathered some of his favourite recipes from travels to launch a menu and the truck has been roaming since.
We really enjoy festivals and backyard parties across the country but also off season movie caterings and
other out of the box catering events.
The fuel tank and refrigerators of ÖKU are filled by the host Siim,
who, every fall, packs backpacks and
rushes abroad for as long as possible,
to peek and practice in the kitchens of different countries.
Traveling, cooking (even in his free time) and exercising is the holy grail of this man, in which he can notice inexplicable childish excitement and joy in his eyes.
